Upside AI was started on the thesis that technology will make better investing decisions than humans over the long term, since it is unbiased, unemotional and can follow a systematic decision-making process. systems use ONLY fundamentals to teach machines what it means to be a fundamentally “good” company today to buy and hold over the long term. The idea is to use machine learning to analyse millions of investment ideas and generate a portfolio of good companies to invest in. Human analysts then sift these portfolios for corporate governance before investing. Upside AI is an open-ended long only fund currently investing in Indian public equity for domestic and foreign investors.
